四、软件升级：终生免费提供新版本控制软件。
五、保修：
1、设备保修两年，终身售后服务，一年内非人为损坏的零部件免费更换，保修期内接到用户邀请后， zui迟响应时间为2小时内，在与用户确认故障后，我公司会在48小时内派工程师到达现场进行免费服务，尽快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用户及时报告故障的原因和排除办法 。
2、保修期内人为损坏的零部件按采购（加工）价格收费更换。
3、保修期外继续为用户提供优质技术服务，在接到用户维修邀请后3天内派工程师到达用户现场进行维修。并享有优惠购买零配件的待遇。
4、传感器过载及整机电路超压损坏不在保修范围内。
六、售后管理：
我公司实现计算机化管理，实行客户定期回访制度，定期复查设备的工作情况，定期指导用户对设备进行保养和检测，以便设备正常运转，跟踪客户的设备使用情况，以便及时对设备进行维护。
